Full Tilt Software Features

With so many poker networks to choose from, the Full Tilt download stands out from the competition because of their awesome software. Full Tilt Poker.com combined all the best options and it shows, because their interface truly delivers. With special options and features all over, the Full Tilt Poker download has everything you need to find a game, customize your tables, and multi table efficiently and effectively. This article explains the features at Full Tilt, and what options you can use to get the most out of Full Tilt.

First, the lobby. You actually have three options for lobby layout: Standard View, Basic View, and Classic View. Standard View, the default, is the best of the three because it has more options for choosing tables and has the most attractive layout. The lobby type can be changed under the “Lobby” tab at the top at any time, but the information in this article uses the Standard View.

Full Tilt’s lobby is designed to make finding the perfect game easy. At the top, you will see the innovative Cascading Menu, used to find games. Just select the format (Ring game, Sit & Go, Tournament or Rush Poker), the game, the limit and the stakes to show a relevant choice of tables. Unlike other sites that just show everything, Full Tilt Poker.com only shows the tables you want to see. By clicking the “Custom” button, you can choose exactly what stakes you want. Just below this menu, there is a green “advanced filters” button that can narrow the field even further by chooseing the number of players, speed, cap/stack size and other options. For example, You could exclusively browse 6-Max deep stacked tables at $.50/$1, and only see the games that interest you.

In the center, there are lots of ways to browse and sort tables. Sorting by high average pot or players per flop, for example, is a great way to find fish. When you click on a table, look to the right to see all the players and stack sizes. With so many ways to search, the table selection tools at Full Tilt Poker are the best you’ll see anywhere. You can also select what information you see by clicking the “Customize” button in the bottom-right.

Full Tilt Poker.com is packed with tools to make game play and multi tabling easier than ever. The “Options” menu at the top has many tools at your disposal to customize your client. Playing on an old, slow computer? You can turn off avatars, animation and sound to keep things running smoothly. Choose your table displays by clicking “Table View…” towards the bottom, where you can change backgrounds, card settings, chat options and layout. Under the “Account” menu, you can change your avatar or personal settings. A recent Full Tilt update also added a handy table feature where you can hover the cursor over your player to display the cards you recently folded.

When it comes to multi tabling, Full Tilt gives you all the options you could want. Basically, the goal is to require as few mouse clicks as possible. Begin with the essential “Four Color Cards” option to prevent mistakes, and make sure “Auto Center” is on so you don’t have to find you seat at each table. Turn off “Bring Lobby to Front” if you don’t like the lobby popping up when you close out of a table, check “Auto Muck Hands” if you usually muck and check “Auto-Post by Default” and “Wait For Big Blind by Default.” Under “Table View…”, avoid colorful backgrounds and choose Plain or Midnight, and use Buy-In Preferences and Bet Slider options to your preference. With all these options properly configured, multi tabling is much easier.

The customization doesn’t end there. When you are ready to play on a table or tables, you should check out the “LAYOUT” button in the top right. This button has options for choosing, saving, and loading table layouts. Use the save and load tools for manual layouts, or use Full Tilt’s great automatic layout options. “Tile Tables” is an option for 3-4 tables, but makes the tables too small when several are open. “Cascade Tables” is designed for multi tabling many tables, but is not ideal for 4-10 tables because it is harder to monitor hands. Finally, the new “Stack Tables” option puts all the tables in a stack the size of just one. Again, It is a good option for multi tabling, but can make it difficult to see how many tables are open and keep track of which is which.

FullTiltPoker.com has kept its place as one of the most popular poker rooms because when it comes to game play, they set the standard with dozens of tools and options to make everything easier. With all the work Full Tilt put into their client, you will find yourself playing on more and more tables at once.
